Returns Policy
We hope you love your order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the date your order is placed to return any item for a full refund.
Please note the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging still attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration.
- All returns are inspected upon arrival. If items do not meet the above conditions, we may be unable to process your refund.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@runrun.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
